I downloaded the app called Lose Weight in 30 Days. I was hoping this would help me to remain disciplined enough to lose weight in time for my sister's wedding. Last night was day 3.

  1. I think an app is a great way to track health goals. That cartoon certainly fits..lol

  2. I used to use an 8-minute workout app that was really good. You had to do each exercise for 30 seconds, and it was actually pretty challenging. Have a great week.
