Admittedly, I do not exercise as much as I need it. On the rare occasion that I exercise, I just spend twenty minutes on the treadmill. During warm weather, I will go for a twenty-minute walk.
In 2012, I used Wii for yoga and Zumba Fitness. That is the type of exercise I actually enjoyed.
I will post my next WWBC on March 25th.

I used to have a treadmill. It turned out to be an excellent clothes horse!
ReplyDeleteZumba is so fun! You can stream classes for both Yoga and Zumba from places like YouTube for free. Go have fun! I'm here: http://www.mariannearkins.com/wednesday-weekly-blogging-challenge-types-of-exercise-i-enjoy/. Thanks!

ReplyDeleteWii, can be good exercise. We got a new smart TV that doesn't have the RCA hook ups. Trying to find an adapter. https://pmprescott.blogspot.com/2020/02/wednesday-challenge-021920.html
ReplyDeleteI tried Zumba for the first time a few days ago. It's a ton of fun!

Interesting post. I'm not limber enough to do yoga, walks are always great. Thanks for sharing. Here's mine. https://www.tenastetler.com/lsrs-wednesdays-blog-challenge-2-19-2020-types-of-exercise-i-enjoy/
ReplyDeleteWii Fit was such a great idea, honestly. Tried Zumba once and realized that I'm not quite coordinated enough yet for that. Hopefully in the future. :)
ReplyDeleteMy post.
I loved using the Kinect for exercise, too. I've never tried Zumba. Hmm... Maybe I should.
ReplyDeleteI just got a new treadmill. My old one had been moved around by the military a few times and the poor old thing just gave out on me one day. It had a good run (haha?). I love to walk, especially outdoors. Fresh air rocks!
ReplyDeleteWe had a treadmill for a couple of years, and for a while we were getting some real use out of it. Unfortunately, it really didn't quite manage to survive in the same house as two boys, at least one of whom was prone to treating it like a jungle gym...
ReplyDeleteGood while it lasted, though.

I love a good treadmilling! Although since we moved ours has been stuck in the shed. Fortunately we're able to make up for it with beach walks, which is MUCH nicer!
